Monday, January 14

     11:00-12:00 GLOW Party 

     CIC@CET 20 South Sarah St. 63108

     11:00 - Come at 11:00 to get your GLOW on and move to the music. Wear lots of white or light-colored clothing.      We provide glow bracelets and glow tape.

     The party starts at 11:30 and is led by Kimberly Akuna RSVP HERE MOVE by BJC. .

 

     12:00-1:30--Lunch & A New Year’s State of Mind Workshop: Set Your Goals; Make Them Happen.

     January is the perfect month to set goals for the new year! In this workshop you will learn a proven three step    

     strategy to set your goals and make them happen, and you’ll have a chance to discuss your challenges. 

     New friendships are to be made, a private Facebook page, AND we are forming a support group to ensure    

     success. Lunch provided.

     12:00 - 1:00 -  LEARN different appraches to Mastering Mindfulness, releasing stress, and feeling better.  

     Join 3 professionals who teach and model mindfulness in their personal and professional lives as they share a    

     variety of approaches to mindfulness and the vast benefits for body, health, mind, and emotions.

     Participants will learn several different ways to begin or enhance a practice of mindfulness.  You will hear how    

     others have benefited and grown in their practice and some of the results to be gained.  

     You will learn the do's and don'ts and be guided through several different styles.  Active participation and Q & A

     session.
